Terms and Conditions

Earning of Enrich Miles @ TRADEMARK2U

Effective from 1 September 2020, all Enrich members will be able to earn Enrich Miles from engaging in the Intellectual Property (“IP”) related services through TRADEMARK2U SDN BHD (“TRADEMARK2U”).
Non-member can register for enrich membership via Malaysia Airlines website, the application for the Enrich membership will be subjected to the approval by Malaysia Airlines.
Unless otherwise specified, Enrich members will earn Enrich Miles on the IP related services total spending with TRADEMARK2U, excluding items listed under the Exclusion list.
Pertaining to clause (3) of the above, TRADEMARK2U will issue one (1) IPPoints for every RM1.00 spent, excluding items listed under the Exclusion list.
Clients / members may review their accumulative IPPoints using TRADEMARK2U’s client login portal with given username and password. TRADEMARK2U’s IPPoints may be valid for 3 years and may be redeemed by clients / members based on the conversion rate as specified by TRADEMARK2U.
The current conversion rate for One (1) Enrich Mile is equivalent to three (3) IPPoints. Please take note that this conversion rate may be revised from time to time without prior notice.
To earn Enrich Miles from TRADEMARK2U’s IP services, members are required to present their membership card or Enrich digital card at any time, and members may convert their IPPoints to Enrich Miles based on an unit of 1000 enrich miles per conversion.

In the event of any disputes, TRADEMARK2U’s decision is final and conclusive. There shall be no appeal over the said decision made.
This Terms and Conditions shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Both IPPoints and/or Enrich Miles awarded to members / clients shall not be in exchange for cash.

EXCLUSION LIST

The following items are excluded from the IPPoints and/or Enrich Miles reward.

All Government taxes, such as SST, GST, etc;
All official fees imposed by the Malaysian Intellectual Property Organization (MyIPO);
Fees and charges for commissioner for oath / notary public / embassy legalization of documents;
Any special rebates or discount allowed; and
All disbursement charges.
